Return policy

We accept return only for a defective product but it should be in the same condition as you received it with all tags intact, unused & in its original packaging. You are required to initiate return within 4 days of receiving the product. 
Return can be done by writing us at zappylabel@gmail.com or WhatsApp on the number 9289331696. We will revert to your request within 24 hours.

 

Exchange policy

we offer an exchange only in case of another size required for the same product. There might be a minor colour difference between the actual product & the pictures shown due to photographic lighting & device screen settings. Please do not ask for exchange/return on this ground.

Discounted items cannot be exchange or return.

In case of exchange, the product must be courier back to us.
